Shipping
All products are normally in stock. In the event of an out of stock item, you will be notified via e-mail with the new estimated delivery date.

Refunds and Returns

You may return merchandise if you are not satisfied with it and if it is in new, original condition (as stated below) for a full refund, less the free shipping cost of $15.00, within 30 days of receipt.

The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited.

Returned products must be in the same new, original condition as when they were received. They can not be altered (shortened or modified) used or abused.

We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Code for your return (RMA).

Write the RMA on the copy of the original invoice (enclosed in the return package) and on the outside of the box. Returns without the RMA code will be refused.

Pack the returned item in the original box with the original packing material, and enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return.

Please return the product using the original carrier.

You will be responsible for the shipping charge.
